2. On-Site or In-Office Meeting
We’ll dive deeper into ideas, photos, and budget details during a face-to-face meeting. Together, we determine if we need further planning or if it’s time to bring in a designer or architect.
3. Updated Estimate
Based on everything we’ve discussed, you’ll receive an accurate, updated estimate that reflects your goals and any changes.
4. Estimate Approval & Kickoff
Once you approve the estimate, we’ll provide your contract and scope of work documents. After a 25% down payment, we officially lock in your spot on our schedule and begin material ordering.
5. Design Services (If Needed)
Need help visualizing the space? We offer professional design services (for an additional fee) that bring your dream to life. Already have a design? Great! We’ll work with what you’ve got and make any needed adjustments.
6. Permits & Scheduling
We’ll handle all city and county permitting—so you don’t have to. Once permits are in hand, we’ll share your official start date.
7. Material Selection
This is the fun part. From countertops and cabinetry to tile and paint, we’ll guide you through material selections from our trusted vendors. Want help shopping? We’ll come with you!
8. Budget Check-Ins
Remodels evolve. If you change your mind about finishes or features, we’ll provide updated estimates and help you stay on budget. Transparency is key.
9. Start Date & Pre-Construction Prep
We don’t start until we have all materials on hand. You’ll get a detailed schedule, and we’ll walk you through any preparations needed on your end.
10. Construction & Communication
Our skilled team and trusted subcontractors treat your home like it’s our own. Expect ongoing updates, timelines, and regular communication from your dedicated project manager. We’ll even schedule weekly check-ins if you prefer.
11. Completion & Final Walkthrough
At the end, we walk through the completed remodel together and go over any punch list items. If something’s delayed due to material availability, we’ll take care of it as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
