When will you start work on my project?

As soon as possible! We are excited to walk alongside you through this project! Please see our “Process’ page for a step-by-step timeline of what it takes to get your project going. We start the design and selection process right away, and our on-site start timelines are based on when we have all our materials ready to go.

We are never more than a text or call away! If you have any questions, you are always welcome to reach out to anyone on our team at any time. We make sure you have the contact information for your Project Coordinator, Project Manager, field team, and office staff. 

We have an in-house designer who is incredibly talented. She will work with you to provide renderings of what your project can look like, as well as give ideas and inspiration to guide you through the process.

Pricing

Will my final bill be more than my original estimate?

Our goal is for the final cost of your project to align closely with the approved estimate. We take time upfront to define scope, selections, and expectations so pricing is clear before construction begins.

Clear communication is a priority for us. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll talk through the options together and help you decide how to proceed. The intent is always to keep you informed and in control of decisions that affect your investment.

We accept standard payment methods, including check and electronic payment, and we’ll review payment schedules clearly before a project begins so there are no surprises along the way.

At this time, Reese Design + Build does not offer in-house financing. However, many homeowners choose to work with their bank or lender to explore financing options that fit their situation. We’re happy to coordinate timelines and documentation as needed to support that process.

If you have questions about payment or want to understand how costs are typically structured for a project like yours, we’re always glad to talk it through.

We request payments at predetermined intervals of project completion. Payments start with a pre-project down payment. Next, we request a mid-project draw, and a final payment is due once our work is complete—and you’re satisfied with a job well done, of course.
